Nice coat, slow delivery
I ordered a Quilted Haori during a sale, and the coat itself is lovely. The material feels really substantial and the design is unique, exactly what I expected from the website photos. However, it took almost 10 days for it to ship out, which felt a bit long. Once it shipped, delivery was pretty fast, took about 4 days to reach me in California. I wish they had faster processing times, especially for a brand that emphasizes quality. The customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus.
